I go by the name of Za Mon Beatbox. Born as Bryan Charles Henry Jr, I've had the passion for beatboxing since third grade and I still remember the first time I did it like it was yesterday. My mom always used to tell me to shut up when I was little probably wondering, what the fuck is wrong with my child and who taught him that??? You can blame my doo Keith Bruner for that one. He's the one that did it in band class while I was holding a big ass french horn, according to my teacher, "That was the instrument my mouth was best designed for." Pshtttt, if only that teacher had any idea what she was talking about...
My long term goal is to become a complete modern day one man band. I have a vision for ALL types of elements combining both natural and artificial sounds that will come together in a very mind blowing experience. I want every thing I ever release to be looked back on and called a masterpiece, and I think I have the drive to do it. When I perform on stage I always get the pre-butterflies about thirty seconds before I go up, and then I just go into a complete trance. Best feeling in the world and I would never replace it for anything in the world. If you have ever seen me perform you will feel the rhythm in my soul.
Music is my passion, music is my future, music is my everything... Za Mon Out and may peace be with you...
